HomeFAQs

🔹 Is MEOC legally recognized?

Yes. The Ministerial Education & Ordination Council (MEOC) operates under SAVA International™️, a legally registered organization. While spiritual ordination is not government-regulated in most countries, our credentials are recognized by many institutions, religious communities, and government bodies where applicable. Always check local laws for specific use cases (e.g., marriage officiation).

🔹 Can I perform weddings and funerals?

Yes, once ordained, you may legally officiate weddings, funerals, baptisms, and other ceremonies in most regions. We provide guidance on registering your ordination with your local or national authority where required, especially for marriage services.

🔹 What do the courses certify me to do?

Our courses certify you to act as a:

  • Licensed Minister

  • Ordained Minister

  • Certified Chaplain or Spiritual Counselor (depending on your program)
You’ll receive official documents and an optional public registry listing verifying your role and training.

🔹 Is this tied to one religion?

No. Ordain Global™️ is interfaith, inclusive, and non-dogmatic. We welcome students from all spiritual paths — Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, Pagan, Indigenous, New Thought, and others — or none at all. Our focus is on service, not sectarianism.

🔹 Can I be listed in the registry?

Yes. Upon ordination or course completion, you’ll have the option to be listed in the MEC Registry — our searchable, public ministerial database. You can even create a personal profile page with your photo, bio, and credential ID for public recognition.

🔹 How soon can I be ordained?

Depending on your chosen program and background, ordination may be completed in as little as 7–21 days, or through a more in-depth educational path. We offer both fast-track ordination and full ministerial training options. You choose your pace and depth
